Because 1/3 are Socialist/Communists, 1/3 are Islamists...
The other 1/3 who suffer under the tyranny of the other two would not be partying.

because some of them are communists, some are socialists, some, like the french, are not real men, some are terrorists, a lot are just jealous, and the rest are rude and crass people from Europe who can't believe all their poor huddled masses came to this country and made it what it is today. it eats them up inside.

I rather doubt that 2/3rds of the world would rejoice if that happened. Those that would celebrate have their own agenda. If they were at all responsible Bush's assassination they would live (die) to regret it.
