If you mean of Latin American descent and born in the USA, then it is highly likely that will happen someday. If you mean of Hispanic descent, then it is even more likely.

People of Hispanic descent are the fastest growing segment of the USA's population today.

probably not...america still is too racist...you asking that question is like saying will a african american ever be president...america is supposedly the melting pot.. allowing all foreigners to start a new life.. yet they always kicked them out or put them in jail for trespassing

No, unless they were born in the country and claimed citizenship from the US. The peoples say that you have to be born in the us and whole bunh of ther crap
