at this point, obviously scientist would now be able to destroy AND create matter. Ofcourse its impossible to go below absolute zero, but what if. What could we then do? Create or Destroy.

It’s OK explanation for scientific men like you above, but why these verbal slaps on a philosophic boy? Whom to is he supposed to put his hypothetical question but scientific gentlemen (and sorry scientific ladies too)? Are you scared that a young boy is going to shake the scientific grounds to eat your scientific bread?
Now Tra! Absolute 0° is a notion of thermodynamics only. Yes, molecules are dead frozen. But the material stays and that notorious formula E=m*c^2 of Mr. Einstein is still valid. And electrons still hustle like mad without suspecting their atoms are frozen. Moreover if a glob of matter and a glob of antimatter (both at abs 0°) come to a contact the yield will be a bunch of photons of pure energy far above of absolute 0°! Here are both destruction and creation at the same time. Nothing could be created without destroying. And God created our world the same way. If some day the barrier of abs 0 would be broken (who knows?) by means of thermodynamics itself the humans would be on a new stage of destruction/creation for sure as they always have been!

Heat energy is a measure of the average kinetic energy of the particles in a system.

Kinetic energy is energy of motion. Energy of motion is in simple terms, velocity or speed.

When a system reaches absolute zero, all the velocity of the particles in the system is zero and you can't have a lower speed than zero.

You can mathematically describe an object as having a negative speed, but that is only in reference to an arbitrary starting point for the sake of solving a problem - the negative indicates direction, not magnitude. The speed is still in fact positive if the object is moving.

For example, using every day Newtonian physics, put a penny on your desk - at rest, laying flat. Now, if I asked you if you could make it move slower, would the question make any sense?

Thus, since you can't have a speed lower than zero, you can't have a velocity less than zero, can't have the kinetic energy of a particle less than zero and thus can't have a temperature less than absolute zero.

When you get really close though, you can get something called a Bose–Einstein condensate - another state of matter along with solid, liquid, gas and plasma.

Since you acknowledge going lower than absolute zero is not possible in your question, then you also acknowledge the irrelevance of the question itself from a scientific point of view.

I can appreciate it from a philosophical standpoint if not the scientific - maybe that would be a better place to post the question?

the problem is, you cannot get past -273 C or 0 K (k is kelvins). this is the 3rd law of thermodynamics. Ask a science teacher for an explanation, or google it. soo...you cant create, or destroy matter that way.

At -273 (absolute zero), all vibration of molecules stops, so the temperature cannot drop beyond this point.
