I have numbness in my testicles and penis at all times. What can be causing this?

Sounds like you need to do two things: 1. Get out of the house more often, and stay out 2. Find some new porn Porn is kind of like alcohol... at first pretty much anything will do and you only need a little, but over time you build a tolerance to it and eventually you start wanting to try new things, and even then it sometimes takes longer to get the desired effect. And about nothing coming out, well if you're beating it that much then yes there will be decrease in the amount of goo that's produced. Force yourself to wait at least 1-2 days (sounds like you could use a break) and then you'll see the output you're used to.
