Pretty much anything off of Rancid's first self titled album. Government Issue has some pretty pronounced bass as well. Old Suicidal Tendencies like "Send Me Your Money" does. Actually old old AFI does like Anwer that and Stay Fashionable and Very Proud of Ya, those two albums do.

Try looking at Black Flag's "Damaged" album, or "London Calling"-era Clash.
