Is it possible to acsess the internet with out a router or wi-fi
If so,how?

no you cant. the antenna would have to be pretty big to access an internet connection thats not close like a router or a wi-fi hotspot. some stores have the hotspots though but thats as far outside your house you can get... some citys claim to have a citywide wireless coming, and i seriously hope that happens..
