What differences are there between "Fable" and "Fable: The Lost Chapters"?

Fable : The Lost Chapters is a newer version of Fable, which:
adds extra quests and items
and extra story that occurs after you defeat the Jack of Blades
(in this extended storyline you get to kill Jack of Blades for good by defeating him as a dragon)
Fable: TLC is available both on XBOX and PC

Fable: The Lost Chapters is for the PC, unlike the original Fable.
Also, The Lost Chapters adds some extra content.
