Most states say maximum of 90 days- no more. Check with your county clerk's office. Get it a month or two prior.

It depends on the state you will be getting married in. Research how long it takes for you to get a marriage license and ask how long they are valid for. You usually have from 1 day to 2 weeks to "use" your license (file it after the ceremony takes place). And some states take awhile to get the license to you. Nevada, for example, is a "while you wait" kind of state. You will need to look for the County Clerk's website for the county/state you will be married in.

It's acutally different in every state. Some are 90 days before the wedding and some are 30 days. Also, the requirements are different. Some states require you take blood test while others just need to see a driver's license. You should be able to go to the state government website to find the requirements for you state.

It depends on where you live. I can only say for California. In California you can go to most court houses or the County Clerk Registrars Office and get one. You and your future spouse have to go with valid ID. Once you go get the license it's good for one year. Meaning you have one year from the date you got the license to actually get married or the license will expire and you will have to go obtain another. So you need to go get the license within 12 months of when you plan to get married.

It depends on what state you live in. Do a search or call your local civil court house to see what the waiting period is. In the state I live in the license is good for 6 months after you apply. Some states have a waiting period befor the license is valid as I said befor where I live there is also a 3 day waiting period befor the license is valid. Good luck and congrats!!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully before you get married. Every state has its own requirements for filing for a marriage license and the waiting period before the actual wedding can occur. Check with your local govt for details
