What does it (if anything) mean when....?

your temperature spikes during your high phase? I have this little thermometer thing that tells you when you are most fertile...well it says i have been for the last four or five days...and about ten minutes ago i started getting warm and my temperature spiked from 97.6 to 99.1....what does that mean if anything? Does it mean my ovary is releasing the egg?

For fertility purposes your temp is only reliable in the morning when you first wake up. It means nothing if your temp spikes throughout the day.
