My question is:

Who did the work on the starter? I'd check there first.

If those are, or can be ruled out, then you have a problem with the ignition switch that does not disengage the started when released.

Take it back to the mechanic that did the work and tell him you need a whole new starter compliments of him. He did not fix it right, sounds like the soleonoid is bad again.

The most likely possibilities are the ignition switch getting stuck or the wires shorting somewhere.

that problem of a runaway starter happens from the solenoid. i have replaced one old bad one with a brand new bad one before. if you all ready changed both the starter and the starter solenoid. take it to whoever worked on it and punch em in the lip.
