There metabolism is higher than other people's. Usually your metabolism is genetic, but to riase your metabolism you:
-drink alot of water to help process fat
-eat small quantities of food throughout the day (dont starve or stuff)
-always eat breakfast: this keeps your metabolism started for the day
if you cant help over eatiing a meals: drink a glass of cold water to shrink your stomach and appetite. Avoid sweetened drinks, this gives your body extra calories without feeling full.
good luck!

1) If you are able to define "beautiful" you may have the answer to your question. In other words, why are some women who are thin considered beautiful in American society, whereas these same women would be considered sickly on the African continent? Beauty is different all over the world. When you consider someone as being beautiful, are you simply repeating what advertising is saying, or, do you have your own definition? This is important to figure out, because your answers will tell a lot about how you feel about yourself.
2) Once you are able to define beauty, then you can go on to thinness, which may be an attitude of exercise, throwing up and starving oneself, metabolism, eating healthy foods and not eating junk food, or any number of genetic factors. Some of these are changeable and some are not. Knowing the difference is important.
3) The ability to eat whatever and never gain weight may be just a temporary illusion. Everyone knows when they've eaten something that doesn't agree with them. It is the same with weight gain: you will know what has a tendency to put on weight and what doesn't. Perhaps, the person you are thinking of is thin and beautiful, but what if they are not healthy? If so, then whatever they eat will not keep them thin and beautiful for long.

Eat healthy foods, exercise, and be happy with the body God gave you. I'm 41 years old and have struggled to keep my weight up for most of my life. When I was a kid, I was always told that I would gain more weight when I got older. It never happened. I can eat all day long and never pick up a pound, but if I miss one breakfast, I lose about one belt size. I worked out for a while when I was a little younger and saw some result, but in the long run your just gonna have to except thing for the way that they are.

Life is definately not fair... I can walk by Cinnebons at the mall and gain weight just by sniffing... Ever notice how all the beautiful girls seem to be wealthy as well ??? Who knows, but I decided long ago I would rather be a little big and happy, rather than be thin and hungry...Go figure...

I'm thin and eat all of the time. I know girls at my old school used to wonder how I could manage to eat a twinky. :) It's simple: I'm a ballet dancer. I get TONS of exercise!

Simply put, they burn more calories than they take in. This could be because of a naturally high metabolism or it could be because they exercise enough to burn off the excess calories eaten.
