as if there would be enough blood to fill that sized penis and not faint! I saw a doco on a guy with 12 inches in usa who had to sit down everytime he had an erection cause fo that. and he was "only" 12 inches.

I just had to look this up. I still don't believe it. . . .the largest erect penis on record was purported to measure 18 inches in length and 6 inches in diameter. all i can say is OUCH!!

I believe the answer above me, because with "males" with an extra chromosome have what you COULD call a "disease" that causes excessive growth in their haight, and in penis length, causing the penis to be double the size it would be. But their sperm is sterile. Meaning they can't get girls pregnate
