What can I do about it ?
Can I turn him in as a illegal and tell them where he and his illegal family work ?
I could be in trouble if his Uncle finds out ,he has been a drug dealer and a hit man in Mexico and he's the only one thats legal .

You need to call the police and make a report and then call the phone company and give them the report number and a number to contact your ex for collection. Then call a credit agency and put a fraud alert on your accoun to make sure he can't use your credit.

CALL SOCIAL SECURITY! You need to go and tell Social Security that this has happened so that they can get you a new Social Security number, and then ask them if they can void the old one. Seriously.
