Make sure they have the right offset. i worked for Subaru a few years back and the offset for the wheels was different than everyone else. It meant that finding wheels was more difficult.
Every been to tirerack.com? They used ot have a wheel selector that had a graphic representation of how the wheels would look on your car. Was always fun at work.

Hmmmm... The Emotion Kais look the most like the JDM STi's rims, the OZs are very light and elegant. The PFF-7s were personally my least favorite of the Prodrive line; I always liked the WRC-1 style.
Make sure you can fit whatever you get over your calipers -- I don't know which version/year/market STi you've got, but the Prodrives WILL fit over USDM STI calipers, even in 17 x 7. (My Tarmacs, which are about half the price of the Prodrives, will fit on a USDM WRX caliper but not a USDM STi caliper, I understand.)
In addition to the look and strength, of course, you should keep an eye on the overall weight of the wheel/tire package. The Tire Rack lists the weights of many (though not all) rims they sell (and they show you the rim you're interested in superimposed, at the right scale, on a picture of your car, it's VERY cool!)
And I don't know whether you're planning on going up in size, your wheel/tire weight will almost certainly go up, which will have a slight negative effect on performance. So if you're looking for improved performance, buy the lightest wheels you can find (Gram Lights are right up there...) Your OZ Superleggera, for example, only weigh 18.4 lb in 18" size, which is awesome -- my 17" Rotas are 19 lb, and that's moderately light for a 17" rim.
So of the ones you're looking at, the Prodrives have the best "pedigree." But really, they're all good, and at 18.4 pounds for an 18" rim, the OZs look pretty exciting.
Rally on! Oh yeah... and given your user name, you might enjoy these two pics:

(Personally, I'd take an 8C over a Brera any day... whoof!)

it really is up to you and above poster gives you some good options.
The rest of us don't have to live with driving the car everyday so just buy what you think looks good according to your tastes.
Going to that tire rack site is good though as you can see how it'll look on your car.
Also check out the various owner's forums such as www.i-club.com or www.nasioc.com you can find many pictures of other STis and see what their rims look like on their cars.
Also, go to www.subydude.com he sells Rota rims...those are the ones that many of us Suby drivers like because of the cost and general quality of the wheels. He also has some good articles in there about wheels, fitments and tires.
Remember to get the WIDEST POSSIBLE rims you can fit on your car...which will help you get the widest possible tires which will of course help with traction.
