I am confused every book I have on pregnancy seems to have a different timeline. How many months is 21 weeks really? What do I tell people when they ask? It seems non prego people just don't seem to comprehend preganancy by weeks.

29 weeks is def not 6 months its 7 and month five is from 18-22 weeks months 6 is 23-27 weeks not every month is the same in pregnancy. you don't start your fifth month at 20 weeks the average person believes you do but it's about 18 otherwise you would be in your 4 month for a pretty long time

I use the following formula:
Number of Weeks minus 2 then divide by 4.
So 21 weeks minus 2 equals 19 weeks. Divide that by 4 and you get 4 months and 3 weeks.
With this formula, a full-term 40 week baby is 9 1/2 months (9 months and 2 weeks).

Most women would say that you are 5 months and 1 week. If you want a more exact answer then you take 21 and divide it by 4.33 (4.8 months) since there are a different amount of days in each month.

21 weeks is almost 5 months
40 weeks of pregnancy is 9 months and 1 week.
the average number of weeks in a months is 4.4, so 21weeks/4.4 = 4.7months
also, since the avg pregnancy is 40 weeks (commonly just counted as 9 months), 20 weeks would be halfway (4.5 months), and u just passed that mark

I;m pregnant myself 29 weeks and I'm 6 months
it is hard for me to figure it out and I;m actually pregnant I hated when people used to say how many months is that with a weird look on their face
just look at the month your due and say its may we are in january so thats 4 months pregnant with 5 months to go doesnt matter if it's a bit off

about 5 months and one week really...every month has 4 weeks so count by 4's!
