Owner Jerry Jones will probably stick to what he has done in the past and try to get a "name" coach. Of the retreads that are looking for jobs right now, Dennis Green, Art Shell and Norv Turner come to mind. If he decides to go with a competent assistant, Chan Gailey, Russ Grim and Ron Rivera are good choices. Of the above, Green, Shell and Turner have all had their chance to succeed in the NFL, but just haven't done so. I think of the 3 assistants, Jones will pick Chan Gailey because 1. he has the name, 2. he has the experience and 3. he has had the most success of all the candidates.
