this week i have both a huge algebra and science mid term, i am way behind on my studying, and stressed to the point where i am crying. please does anyone know of any ways to quickly relax and get rid of stress.

Do "square breathing". Here's how: (1) slowly breath in through your nose for the count of 5, (2) hold it for a count of 5, (3) slowly breath out through your mouth for a count of 5, and (4) then wait for a count of 5 before taking the next breath. Do this 5 times.
It produces a physiological reaction that reduces symptoms of anxiety.

i usually make a fast pace play list of my fave songs and go for a run its awesome or i do a breathing excercise you know like meditating sort of or go to your favorite place mine is the beach i just sit there and clear my mind of all the bad stuff and i try to basically forget stress whats the use in being stressed if you mellow out you'll be able to think more clearly

It may sound basic, but I have found closing my eyes, taking a deep breath, and counting backwards from 10 really helps me to refocus and calm down. Simply focus on the task at hand and don't worry about the test, only what you can do to prepare and I am sure you'll be fine. Good Luck!!!

Watch movie Snakes on a Plane.. Pay attention to the quote: "I am tired of these MF snakes on this MF plane.." ohh.. and "a brotha from anotha motha.".. Then say "I am tired of this MF stress and these MF tests."

There are several ways: go for a brisk walk, do aerobic exercises and/or do something fun or talk to someone interesting about another subject. Good luck

Go for a quick jog. 5 minutes is all you need. It will help.

i just listen to my favorite music to drown the negativity out. you could try it.
