Aaron your insightfulness is stunning. it is rare to see such a thoughtful question on here....it is in fact the kind that I would asjk. As far as the missing link, each day provides us with more wisdom, and it is wisdom and not worldly goods that I seek. i seek the truth in all that i see and do. that in and of itself is something that has no cap to it...so i would have to say it is my link, one that is not missing, however one that must be sought with each moment and within the course of a day it is countless.
Stability for me is inclusive of "Listening" being the better part of conversation...and taking heed to that very thing.
I have come to realize tht I know enough about humanity to more than get buy, but not enough to say that I have all of the answers.
This I also have to impart, I would have to say that knowing someone such as yourself who is insightful and thoughtful is a rare gift to have as an alliance or a friend....these things are ongoing....thus for me therre would be many links that are not yet met.
As far as my habits, i love the person I am and the way that I think. I am touched by your query and my replies may fade into the night as i am caught in deep repose of what ai could improve or make better....and that is exactly what I am doing. i hope that this makes sense toyou and I see your question as not just a yes, no, or just one sentence to make it all so clear.
Thank you for this, i hope to meet more people like you with humanity and kindness for the wellbeing of others.
yu make that difference in this world, as I feel or kow that I do too.
Thank you Aaron.....youare indeed that kind of person that makes this a better world to live in.

Yes, I have! I use to be a crackhead dope fiend, but now I own my own home and am living a wonderful clean drug free life!
By the way I did drugs for 27 years of my life. So yeah ,I think I could call my life now stable! I've been drugfree for 3 years now!
And yes I do whole heartedly agree with you!

I do agree...you should be a writer...or are you?.....
what I like the most is the use of the word wisdom....I couldn't agree more..
Some people are more fortunate than others....it's a crap shoot out there, I think sometimes people just feel lost and sometimes theres the crack or whatever...self medicating to forget...
good question.....

Beautifully stated.
To gain and maintain stability, I try to be proactive instead of reactive, and learn from everything that occurs.

Wow, you have pretty much summed it all up right there. I agree with you, but here is a spin is it that they don't want to change or that the thought of changing scares the hell out of them?
