Certainly. He managed to single handedly divide the united states, he invaded a country and murdered a good 100,000 innocent people for no other reason than to get the same priviledges as a wartime president even though this so called "war" is more racially motivated, and he nearly broke every constitutional amendment, to name a few.

He doesn't back down from wrong decisions.

George Bush will go down in history as one of the Strongest Presidents ever...He has not once backed down from a decision...I would take that sort of a leader over someone that is whishy washy..
