You cannot do site searching with HTML alone. It requires a server-side search engine that can spider your pages and index them. If this is outside the scope of your site, here is another option:

Google Free offers limited SiteSearch at no charge. There are limits to the service - for one, obviously if Google has not indexed certain pages on your site, then those won't appear in the search. Since the search results page comes from Google, you also have little control over the content (ads and such).

You can include Google SEARCH in your webpage but you need a Goggle adsense account
