Hugo Chavez lacks the IQ to be another Fidel Castro.
He's closer to Idi Amin in character and temperament.

No I do not think so, as fidel started with a dictatorship, rather then Chavez who is pushing that way from a the american style of democracy in order to end coruption.
Chavez is doing everything that he can. Building schools, hospitals, subsidizing food for mountain areas......But the main thing is that I belive that he will have to stay in power in order to fight the coruption of the law in Caracas.... A lot of rich people will not like him.

he's the only person in the way of the union . the plan is canada ,the north american union and the pan american union joining together this will be modelled on the EU , this will come with a currency called the omero . when the U.S economy collapses this will be sold to the people as a rival to the euro.
anyway the point is the pan american union cannot do this without his suport so just watch hugo will be asassinated just watch.
like the ECC a trade agreement that morphed into the EU so will NAFTA.
