I think its great you are thinking ahead. I am a Republican, but I like your question. My suggestion is to follow the speeches, but also seek our their past political offices, read about how they voted on issues that are crucial to you. I do think there will be other people running and two years is a long time. My hat is off to you for thinking ahead.

I guess Hillary. She has much more experience, but I'm not that crazy about her. There will be others joining with ranks of dems that are even more experienced so hang in there and listen too each candidate, do background checks on each, then decide. Try not to rush to the gate and use complete common sense. Don't let the possiblity of 'un-doable promises' sway you. Obama is okay...but he just doesn't have enough experience.

Excellent question! If you HAVE to choose, the best you can do is find out as much as you can about each of them and then vote for the one you think would do the best job. There is a chance they could end up on the same ticket with one of them serving as the other's VP...

If Hillary wins the nomination, look for Barack to be her running mate.

Both are the wrong choice. Obama is nothing and Hillary is an idiot. Vote for the most Conservative one running.
