I have to go with Jay AND Silent Bob. You can't list one without the other. They're such a perfect pair. Jay's so ridiculous that he's hillarious, and how can you not LOVE Silent Bob? :)
Of course, I love almost all Kevin Smith's characters.

Jay & Silent Bob Strike decrease back :) It turned right into a toss up between that and Dogma, notwithstanding it very almost swings it. (hilarious and sensible and so quotable!)
