Yes I find it hard to say I love you because those are powerful words becouse some people just be saying that to make you feel good.

I dont have a hard time saying to to my kids but to anyone else even my hubby and parents I have a hard time. I dont know why?

No, because I never say that phrase unless I feel it and mean it. Too many people throw that around without meaning a thing.

yeahl, I mean you may love them but it doesn't fit my personality. I may like someone but I can't even tell them that. The people I love the most but can't tell them I love them in person is usually my family members
