Hate all the girl names with the exception of Talia. Christopher is a good boy's name but the others are really bad. Help children blend in and not stick out and get picked on. "The nail that sticks up gets hammered down," is a popular saying in Japan. They will earn a nickname if they naturally do something to deserve it like "The Juice" oops! Think of the greatest basketballer ever and he is happy to be called Michael. He doesn't need some bizarre moniker to make him stand out. He stood out with a plain name which everybody in the USA knows. "ShaLisya?" get serious.

Did you hear about the way employers are discarding applications based on names? Yes, as unfair as it is your child, Tyshawn may not get his application reviewed just on his name alone...Christopher, on the other hand, may at least make it to the interview portion of the process...Institutionalized racism and discrimination at its best.

I would stick with Ashlynn (thats what I'll be naming my future daughter lol) or Brianna and Christopher. I love Jeremiah also for its reference to the Bible. Good luck and Congrats!

I don't like them for my own children but if they make you smile then you should choose one.

They are ethnic sounding and my hesitation would be that the most recent study and discussion on ethnic and unusual sounding names was that those individuals on average have a harder time getting an interview, earn less and spend a great deal of time explaining their name.

With that in mind, if you feel those names are still the best... go for it... not every one can be named John & Mary!!!

For the girls names I like Brianna and Talia have a nice ring to them. For the boys names I like all of them except Tyshawn, Devaughn, and Marquise. The names Devonte and Tyreke sound very nice. The name Talia has a unique yet foreign appeal. Ohh man I just thought of a way to crack on the name Tyreke as in Ty you reak. So you could get a joke our two off that one. Devonte sound like you will be getting a lot future phone calls from girls. Name is kinda hot.

For the girls names I like Ashlynn and Talia. (I like more different-sounding names, but ones that are fairly short and relatively simple to pronounce.) For the boys names I like Christopher, but I love Devaughn. That one sounds very nice and you don't hear it often.

okay what you really need to consider with these options is that your baby is going to grow up someday, could you honestly picture a person named ShaLisya/D'Aisa/Tyshawn/Devaughn being a doctor, lawyer, senator or anything successful! those names sound ghetto and unprofessional!
ashlynn, tatiana, brianna, talia,
christopher, MARCUS, TERELL, and jerimiah could work, they are cute and could be a "grown up" name too!
