I would suggest that you book a one way flight to Caracas, and experience El Presidente first hand.
I hope you don't like tv, because he has a 4 hour tv show on every channel once a week, and cuts into regular programming whenever he wants.
You might find it irritating if he cuts into "Jackass," or those "Bevis & Butthead" re-runs.
