When you come across the person or situation you are jealous of, examine why you're jealous. If someone has a nicer car - how did they get it? If your significant other is talking to someone else and you're jealous, consider learning about trust issues. Help is out there and recognizing a problem is the first step to correcting it!
good luck!

Come to grips with the fact that YOU cannot control any one OR their feelings for other people. Remember, if you let someone "make" you jealous, you have allowed them to have power over you. You must be bigger and stronger than that.

Depends on what your jealous of really. If your jealous of someones looks....stop cause they had no affect on how beautiful they were born. If your jealous of someones popularity ... examine what good qualities people like in that person and try to improve your personality. If your jealous of their success ... try harder and don't waste valuable time concentrating on them... use your mind and time to work on you.
If your jealous in a realionship .... that's hard. Remember you can only control yourself and not other people...
