43 degrees is not that cold now. ive seen colder.
wear a small jacket and maybe a skirt that goes slightly below your knees.

wear dark wash jeans, and a nice top (preferably long - sleeved since its cold) but you can wear any top you want since it's probably going to be warm in the restaurant. wear your hair down or in a bun. if your going to wear your hair down wear nice, but plain earrings. if you wear your hair up, wear long chandelier earrings, & unless you have a matchign necklace, don't wear one. as for the cold - just wear a pretty coat & you'll be fine, i'm sure you won't have to be outside for too long.

were a nice dress. but one that is A) not light weight, and B) a dress with a long skirt. plus a warm coat. it should be warm in the restaurant. so don't worry about it too much.

If it's expesnsive maybe they'll have air conditioning and you can wear more than what I'm sure most here will be suggesting!
