Sean Paul, even though highly rated abroad, does not receive the same enthusiasm from those in his home country. Sean Paul is from where we like to call in Jamaica, "Uptown". He has lived a very privileged life and did not go through a lot of the hardships which plague many Jamaican youths today. He is simply out of touch with that segment of Jamaican society. So in response to your question about him being an Idiot, I'd say no. A little delusional though? Yes.
