Well the other night while off duty we were drinking some beers and it got physical. Is it okay to let it just go and never say a word to him about it. I feel guilty cause he is married. We work alot together and nothings ever happened before. We flirt, but like i said we are good friends and i would hate to loose that. I know his wife but not very well. I know we are co-workers and at work we are professional and never let on that anything happened. I know that this is what it always be. What should i do? How can i talk to him without sounding like i am dumping his friendship. Because that is the last thing i want to do. No one else at work knows about the situation.

You both drank some alcohol......and you both let your walls down. Just be yourself, and have a talk with him..... tell him it was a mistake and it won't happen again.....that way he doesn't hope for more. Then, don't put yourself in that position again. What happened in the past.......leave it there. An old saying is this, " don't cut your meat where you make your bread". Use that as your creed......It'll keep you out of trouble. Best of luck to you.

It is never a good idea to flirt with married men, and it's an even worse idea to drink around them. Let this awkward event sink into the past, and avoid letting it happen again.

Get a new job, and never see the guy again, especially in situations when your inhibitions are lowered.

You do NOT want to break up a marriage, and this guy sounds like he wants to stray. Danger Will Robinson, DANGER!

would have not let it get physical, out of re-speck for the friendship and his wife.
Just tell him.

If you want to continue "just as friends" I would not bring it back up to him continue as if nothing happened.
