Every detail of our conveniences. One water faucet handle, ice in a drink, freedom, air conditioning, etc...

Money in the bank, money in your pocket, change in a jar.
TV, Phones, cell phones (and usually more than 1)
Relative safety
A fridge with stuff in it (so much stuff that often things go bad before we eat them)
Running water/ hot water/ CLEAN water
Heat/AC/ doors/ windows/screens
A petfood isle in the Grocery store/ the ability to spend extra cash on pets--
Most families have at least 1 car
Most folks have a bike
All the cool gadgets many of us have, DVD player, Ipod, computers, etc,,,
A warm bed
I think I could go on forever...............................

Opportunity to raise your station in life
Freedom to worship or not worship as you see fit
Almost unlimited access to information
Educational choice
High-quality medical care (even if you can't pay for it)
Variety of climates and you can move where you like
Greater degree of racial and gender equity than many other places.

Free education. I go to a public high school and most of the kids there just don't care at all and never go to class because they don't realize that education is important AND IT'S FREE!

Freedom!: right to vote, right to religion, right to marry whoever, the right to be yourself
as american a lot of us dont realize how lucky we are!
