It all depends on how well you understand the subject already and your learning style. But you can start by:

Going over the chapters that will be covered and do few of the excercises each. Then look up at the answers at the back of your book and see how you did. Focus on what you did. Go back to that chapter and study. Repeat this process the next day.

This way, you can find out what you need to learn and focus on them. If you really get stuck, call your freinds or go see your teacher after the class for help.

You should start this today, not wait until few days before the test.

don't cram. and don't go crazy. because when you do that, you will not be ready. you should study little at a time. you don't even have to stop doing what you want to do[like watching TV], but you still have to have good time management. study at your pace. so you wont get so stressed out.
