It depends more on the script and acting, I think. A good budget can help things along, but it doesn't make the movie.

It just depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Sometimes you need certain equipment or a bigger budget for the things you want to do. It can affect the quality but it's not everything. There are usually ways around it if you're skilled.

Yes ..just look at Orson Wells carer...when he became a outcast..he only had the money to do B movies thoe he did a pretty good job..he mostly could have used the extra cash to get sOme really Good actors and actress

Absolutely not. It's the script, acting and directing that make a quality movie. Remember, script is king!

If you make a movie with only 2,000 dollars to buy everything, and pay your actors, how would it compare to a movie with a 2 million dollar budget?

Not so much, if the plot and all around script is strong...the budget will be strong.

probably a little but i think a good script low budget or not would be quaility in its self.

For lighting, special effects, scenery, sound, yes. For acting, no.

Heaven's Gate was close to $150M
