It depends more on the script and acting, I think. A good budget can help things along, but it doesn't make the movie.

It just depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Sometimes you need certain equipment or a bigger budget for the things you want to do. It can affect the quality but it's not everything. There are usually ways around it if you're skilled.

Yes ..just look at Orson Wells carer...when he became a outcast..he only had the money to do B movies thoe he did a pretty good job..he mostly could have used the extra cash to get sOme really Good actors and actress

If you make a movie with only 2,000 dollars to buy everything, and pay your actors, how would it compare to a movie with a 2 million dollar budget?
