Shirt: Dress them up with a nice cami, or make them more work wear with a white collared top, button up, short sleeve. Fitted but not super tight.
Shoes: oh so many options. You could go with a strappy sandal, black or silver, black pumps, white pumps, definitely something with a heel. In pants like those you're gonna want to make your legs look long and lean.

Go simple, you can make or break this outfit. Wear a nice fitted white shirt, something simple or with light designs on it. Shoes can be tricky, wear black heels, nothing flat, it should give you the best look.
