Could be a VATS problem. Check the security light.

Change places with the bad injector and a good injector. You have to have a special tool to check the electricity to an injector because the electricity flows to the injector for such a short time.
If the miss stays on the same cylinder, the problem will be with the wiring. On newer vehicles, if a spark plug is bad and not firing the computer will shut off fuel to that cylinder to keep from ruining the catalytic converter.

one of the wires at the injecter connecter will , or should, have 12 volts with the key on. if it doesnt, check the injecter fuse , im thinking its a 3 or 5 amp fuse. should be marked "inj" on the fuse panel. check all fuses. if you have 12 volts with key on, but noid lite still will not blink when cranking engine, then likely the ecm is bad. ecm toggles the ground to fire the injecter(s). it does not supply voltage. no matter what anybody else gets on here and says.the voltage comes from switched ignition. if the noid lite does not blink, then replacing the injecter will not help, now, will it. think about it. like i said, check all fuses 1st. go for simple stuff 1st.

Sounds like your injector pulse from the ECM is not coming through. You should you've got spark??? If so you need a noid light to check for injection pulse. If no pulse could be any number of things from the ECM itself the a crank sensor to the oil pressure sensor even the map sensor can shut off the fuel Last the coolant sensor can short to ground causing no fuel had that twice.good luck hope I helped GM tech for 20 years

Did you check the fuse panel. I think these cars have fuses that control each bank of injectors. Check that first. otherwise it could be the ecm. good luck!
