I wanted to know who made the fish that looked like it had a human face and if anyone knew of any web sites that had a picture of it.

Um.. I am 99.9999999999999999999999999% sure that was a computer generated image you saw.

You may have seen a Pacu, a fish with very human-like teeth. This is natural not genetically altered. Genetically altered fish are glo-fish who have neon colors. You have to be careful in purchasing colored fish though because some are colored by dipping in painful chemicals rather than genetical alterations.

I have seen videos of a koi that had markings on its head that sort of looked like human features. as far as genetically altered fish are concerned they have placed some genes from a sea anemone into zebra danios and produced florescent pink,green and purple fish

you can get mutant fish -- but they usually are color altered -- they are kind of scary. they look like m n ms instead of fish. and not like humans at all.

i saw a G.M. fish but it was a guppy and it glowed. It was made in Japan and they even retail them.
