If anyone knows please respond........I hope not, we can listen to him on 20 zillion news casts after idol.......he doesn't need us to see him live!!!!

You know I voted for that bone head...and have defended him all along ..no more!!! What happened to freedom..LOL.He demands to be aired, you think fox would willingly give up 37 million viewers...?..

American Idol will have a 1 hour show starting at 8 PM eastern time followed by the State of the Union speech.

You are right! American Idol is on at 8:00 (in Indiana) but it will be for only an hour and not the usual two hours. Bummer - the pres. has nothing to say that I want to hear anyway!!!

It starts at 8:00, I'm pretty sure. The president is on from 9-11:00 according to my tv guide.

It comes on at 8 and the speech comes on at 9.
