another bad decision that al davis made do u think getting that coach is a good decision or a bad one

It really became Al Davis' only option after the circus environment that he has created. No coach with any history of success would even listen to them, they are nearly as clueless as the Lions (Millen makes Raider management look brilliant by comparison). Al Davis was a smart man for a long time...that time has passed and now Raider Nation is left with little hope until he no longer runs the team. Whoever was to accept the job is basically a puppet and will have very little say in what goes on and the qualified coaches all knew that.

well raiders did well last time they gambled on a young coach. john gruden took em to the superbowl, but kiffin is a bad hire, he isnt ready yet.
