The country of Serbia did not dislike Archduke Francis Ferdinand of Austria-Hungary. Some Serbians disliked the political situation, and wanted to be a free country that governed themselves. Serbia was part of the Austria-Hungary Empire and so they wanted freedom. The Archduke did nothing and probably did not dislike Serbia. The Young Bosnians are who in actuality did not like the Empire. Gavrilo Princip, a member assassinated the Archduke most likely because they thought that could bring about change.

Unfortunately, earlier answers were not correct.
Serbia is mostly orthodox christian country, therefore leaning towards Russia since independence (late 19 century). Austri-Hungary was mostly catholic christian country and often opposed to Russia. In general, this puts Serbia (with Russia) and western European countries on opposite sides.
Serbia was expanding its territories before WWI and disputing with Austria-Hungary about Bosnia (populated by Serbs, Croats and Muslims converted from those two nations). Austria-Hungary annexed (occupied) Bosnia shortly before WWI, which made Serbs unhappy because they wanted Bosnia also.
Archduke Franz Ferdinand was not too high in the rank of throne successors, so not a important figure at the time. He was visiting Bosnia and became victim of "Young Bosnia", Bosnian Serbs movement that disliked Austrian government.
In short, Franz Ferdinand was not the reason for WWI, just the excuse.

It's all one question, really. Austria-Hungary claimed sovereignty over Serbia. The Arch-Duke represented Austria-Hungary. Simple as that.
