Most injuries depends on the impact....Rear end..Head-on....T-Boned(side impact) roll overs, end over end!! Rear end usually have a lot of neck an back injuries or chest injuries due to the stearing wheel or air bag, Head on about the same thing...When 2 cars collided the impact is usually with great force...While your car stops your body does not causing great harm such as spinal cord injuires....Side impact from what I have seen is a lot of hip injuries, leg injuries, pelvic injuries...roll overs....your body then is like a sling shot...bouncing all around ....arm injuries, leg injuries, neck injuries or possibly being ejected from the car....Hope that helps

People most likely brake arms, legs, wrist, neck, spin, foot, fingers, toes, concussions, all different head injuries, internal bleeding, ruptured organs, burns, glass penetrated skin, inhaling fumes/smoke. That's all i know.

whiplash, broken bones, bruises,or head injuries, these are just some of them.

whiplash is one of them, back problems if you get jolted enough. It all depends on how hard the car hit you and if you were thrown.
