Is anybody aware of at home jobs that are not scams? Meaning, I don't have to put _x_ amount of cash in to get thousands out? I am currently working as an independent sales rep for Avon, but it simply doesn't bring in enough cash for me. I am considering Melaleuca, but it seems too difficult to work with considering you have to make a purchase each month--regardless if you have money to do so! Any tips, tricks, ideas?

If you are only interested in selling products, this may not be for you as there is no selling involved, but I love my at home career. I work with an awsome company that offers 401k, benefits and training. They are BBB members as well. Avon and Melaleauca are certainly good companies though.

There are alot of scams out there but if you're looking to just earn a little extra there are sites out there. You just have to work at it. Here are a few sites i'm on that don't require you to pay any money. These sites you get paid to post discussions.
