Ok so im a thirteen year old boy and I have a sort of sore tender lump under my chest nipple. Does it have anything to do with puberty?

I have these on both breasts, and yes, it is related to puberty. It should go away eventually.

Dude calm down between the ages of 10-13 I had this its part o puberty. Just odn't mess with the lumps under your nipples. You're body is reacting to the male hormones powerfully taking over your nipples stopping them from doing anythign at all, like... gorwing... They go away a little after puberty starts and if they don't, then everyones different. But i was worried too. They are gone now though. Don't hurt yourself messing with them ^_^.

It's always best to see a doctor if this does not go away, if it is big and if it really hurts. Depending on how big, the color and what it looks like overall, it would be puberty. Many guys get ingrown hairs during puberty and after they have gone thru it, due to shaving or just new hair that is growing out wrong. Like I said at first... always best to see a Doc.

Probably not. BUT to be sure, see your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give you medical advice. People on this site are not.

just check it again.. its probably a spider or bug bite..

you will be surprised what affect spiders' bites will have.
