Do people who live In the Northwest Territories wear Summer clothing or...?

is it so cold that you only wear Winter clothing all year round? And is the flu seldom seen up there because the cold kills the virus?

It can get fairly warm in much of the Territories in summer, the sort of temperatures people think of in spring further south. People often will continue to wear long pants and long sleeves, though. That's not because of the cold, but because the mosquitos will eat you alive if you have a lot of exposed skin.
