I don't know of any special underwear that you would wear but I use normal underwear and then put the jock strap on.

You can put the jock right on your willy if you want, It's not very comfortable but some people do it.....you can buy shorts that have the jock built into them, a lot of guys wear those..or you could just put the jock over your underwear...

They put the jock strap on the outside of the underwear. The cup gets a little cold out there on the ice--and I'm not referring to Stanley! :-)

Depends on your jock....if it's just a jock...you can put it over your 'undies'...which is likely the preference... or go free willy.. your choice....otherwise, the best bet are the all-in-one, cup and underwear one. I personally wear under armour and no underwear. It gives you warmth, freedom, and if you get the under armour pants it makes your shin pads more comfortable. Different people do it different ways but the under armour pants are my favorite.
