I'd rather be executed, it's quicker. Life in prison could drag on forever. i couldn't take the torture of seeing people outside of prison prosper. Know that my kids are living life without me and can't depend on me to help them. Not there to share the good times with my family. Can't wake up or sleep when I want to. NO WOMEN to have SEX with. Can't go to the beach, Disney world, another country, etc... Miss most of the new TV shows and Cd's etc... Kill me and get it over with, rather than life in prison. I hate to have life to realize what a failure I've become or regret whatever mistake I've made for the rest of my unpleasant stay behind bars.

life in prision doesn't mean life. its 20-30 years. if you did something so bad that you were going to spend the rest of your life in prision they would just execute you anyway. depending on how old you were. if you were young, i'd take the time rather than being executed.

Execution. I don't like anyone to control my llife, like they would if I were to be in prison for life.
Contrary to popular thought, I do think quality of life is more important than just life itself.

If you are given life in prison, you have plenty of time to work out an appeal of your conviction, and there is a possibility of overturning the sentence. If you're dead, there's obviously no way to gain any hope of freedom.
