My all time favorite nail polish is made by L'Oreal. Try one out that looks like it might go on a clearish blue or clearish pink color, for growing nails longer. Ever since I used it, my nails went insane and people actually ask me where I get them done!
DO NOT waste your time and money trying to drink gelatin. I know someone is going to tell you this. First of all it is hard to drink and second, you would need a lot of it to make any kind of difference.
Simply invest in a good quality nail product that you can just brush on yourself at home. Also lay off sawing at them with an emery board or nail file. I touch mine up about once a week, maybe every other week and they are just fine.

By taking care of them! You should skip the funky colors for a bit, and just stick to nail buffing. It improves the texture of the nail and gets the blood flow pumping in your nails which makes them grow fast. Also, you should take a hair nals and skin vitamin every morning and also calcium so you don't get those tiny white marks.

stop chewing them for one, and try buying those nail strengthing polishes. Also try not to be so tough on your hands.
