You can't paint all blacks with the same brush. Some do have trouble with the law, but a vast majority don't. There's been a lot of white players have law problems too. Oh, and you misspelled African too. There is a spell check on here.

Not only black athletes have problems, it just so happens the majority of american pro athletes are black therefore a greater number of them get in trouble. Christian peter, todd marinovich, Jason williams (white chocolate) just to name a few have had problems with the police. It is an athlete problem not an african american athlete problem. They are spoiled and covered for their whole life so they have always played by a different set of rules. So athletes in general have problems.

All athletes have trouble w/ police but its only televised when African Americans do something u cant really belive they're the only people to break the law. Why do pepole on Yahhoo Answers have such a problem w/ black people all of a sudden?

Not to be racist here at all, but a lot of the African American athletes did not grow up in such nice of neighborhoods. They probably saw a lot of bad stuff as kids and so they except breaking the law as an ok thing to do.
