People don't ever cough in movies unless their character is about to contract a fatal disease and die.
I've paid very close attention and just once I'd lke to be surprised by someone who coughs and survives..

I never noticed until you mentioned it... Not even a sneeze that I can remember.

Actually, they don't do regular stuff like we did, e.g. digging nose, scratching oneself, make beverage (they only drink plain water and wine?), sweep the floor and other housework but yet the house is always clean and tidy!!!
And for those movies on story century ago, they don't bath and even go to the toiler???

never paid close enough attention to someone else's cough.. I cough enough for everybody when I'm burnin' trees..

Ya, not even smokers that are going to die from lung cancer. Why is that. No hacking, no coughing unless they are about to die. Does that mean that hacking coughing smokers are close to death?
