I am in 8th grade and I would like to be a 3rd grade teacher when I get older. I would like to contact my old 3rd grade teacher and ask her some pros and cons about her job. I have her work email and I also came across her on myspace so, I am also able to message her through Myspace. Which one is the best way to go? Either work email or Myspace email. Do you think that she will get mad that I am contacting her???
Thanks to all that answers!!!

email- her email address is public right?
the first thing to type down is that you want to be a third grade teacher and that's why you decided to talk to her. this should calm her a bit down . then, tell her your name, that you were once her student 5 years ago. then go deep in thought with the pros and cons and other info you would like to ask( ex. salary, third grade standards, etc.).

Good Luck!

If she gave you her work email, I would use that as she probably checks that every morning before work. I would be very surprised if she would get mad. As a newly retired teacher, I know that having a student contact me is wonderful and doubly if she feels that she helped to inspire you to be a teacher. If you email her at work and still aren't sure about it being OK then just end your message by telling her that you hope it was OK to use her work email and to let you know if she would prefer you use Myspace.

it extremely is not extraordinary. I graduated from severe college 40 4 years in the past and am nonetheless in touch with one instructor (who's extraordinarily much ninety one) that I had all 4 years. in fact, no longer purely is it no longer extraordinary, i think of that's a sturdy thought. in case you like a letter of reference for a job once you're in college, your severe college instructors could actually understand you greater powerful than your college instructors who in many situations have many greater pupils than severe college instructors. severe college instructors is additionally greater powerful equipped to furnish a private reference, i.e. one on your integrity, honesty, and so on.
