My PSP Is taking up memory on My memory card and?

but the music and videos are not showing up i put the memory stick in another PSP and it showed up

You may need to update the firmware on the PSP where they are not showing up as the required file locations changed. The latest firmware updates allow you to put the files in a couple different locations than what is require with older firmware.
